本日、引っ越しました。
諸処の事情により、ずっと借りていた（そして住んでいなかった）麻布十番のお部屋を手放しました。
（実際はここ半年以上住んでいたのは六本木だし、これからも六本木に住んでいますよー。念のため。）
というわけで、麻布十番のお部屋（いまさら）大公開！
じゃじゃーん！

龍貴が歩きはじめた！
１歳７ヶ月にしてやっと、甥っ子の龍貴が歩き始めたというので、NYみやげなど持って会いに行ってまいりました。

NY - little things
これが、かの有名なロックフェラーセンターのクリスマスツリー。
結構期待して行ったのに、案外小さくってがっかりー。
This is the famouse Christmas tree of Rockefeller Center.
Maybe my expectation was too high but it was not as great as I imagined.
A little disappointed.

NY - Balthazar
ニューヨークで彼のお気に入りのレストランのひとつであるというバルサザールに連れて行ってもらいました。
いつも満席というビストロ、早めに行ったので予約していなかったのにも関わらず、５分くらい待っただけで、入り口近くの小さなテーブルに案内してもらえました。
One of his favourite restaurants in NY Balthazar.
It's a lively French bistro which always crowded.
Although we didn't book in advance, since we arrived early evening, we could get a tiny table near entrance after only 5 minutes of waiting.
ここはオイスターが有名というので、せっかくだからと大きなシーフードプラッターとシャンパンを注文。
すぐに３種類のソースと重ねられたお皿が運ばれてきました。
As Balthazar is famouse for its oyster, we decided to try this big seafood plate with champagne.
Soon 3 kinds of sauce and piled plates were set on the table.

NY - Brooklyn
ニューヨークにある彼の実家は、ブルックリンという街のパークスロープというエリアにあります。
その名の通り、大きな公園から伸びた緩い坂道にある美しい住宅街でした。
この写真はProspect Parkというその公園です。
His mother's house is loccated in the area called Park Slope in Brooklyn, NY.
As the name shows, this beautiful area is on a slope which starts from a huge park.

I am Legend
珍しくお台場までぶらりと出かけ、彼の希望で映画を見てきました。
Darling and I had a walk in Odaiba then decided to see a film as he requested.
I am Legend
“この映画が見たいんだ”
“どういう話？”
“地球で人類が滅亡していって、最後のひとりになるっていう話。”
“ふうん…。いいよ。”
って感じで決めたのだけれど、基本的には
"I wanna see this movie" he said.
"What kind of story?"
"This guy is the last person on the earth as all others died for plague"
"Humm ... OK."
But, it was basically a ..
ゾンビ映画
Zombi movie
でした。
おそろしくこわがりやの私は、知っていたら絶対に見なかった…。
夢に出てきそうです。
しかも、これの前に映画館で見た最後の映画も確かゾンビだったような。
これから見ようと思っている方、これは近未来ものと思わず、ホラーものと思って見にいくべしです。
Since I'm such a coward, I wouldn't have seen it if I knew it was zombi.
I bet those zombis will be in my dream some day.
Also I remembered the last movie we saw at theater was a zombi movie as well.
If you are planning to see it, please be informed this is a horror movie rather than Science Fiction.

NY - Christmas Party
旅の疲れも時差ぼけもとれないままに岡山で年を越して、ようやっと東京に戻りました。
ただいま。
そして、明けましておめでとうございます。
Without recovoering from the fatigue and jet lag of NY trip, he and I spent new year's eve in Okayama, then finally (!) we are back in Tokyo.
I'm home.
And, Happy New Year everybody.
久々に見る六本木は、ほっとするような、せわしないような。
昔は、どこに行っても旅の終わりがつらいばかりだったのに、惜しいような気持ちと同時に日常に戻ることにほっとしていたりもするのは、年齢のせいでしょうか？
After not seeing Roppongi for a while, I feel a little safer and a little busy being here.
I used to just hate finishing a trip.
These days I rather feel sad and happy at the same time to be back to the "normal" life.
Is it because of my age???
NYでの旅行の話を少しずつ、書いていこうと思います。
まずは一番の目的でもあったクリスマスパーティーについて。
I'm going to write about my wonderful trip to NY.
Firstable, I should write about our Christmas Partyour, the original purpose of this trip :)
